One of the most daunting parts about this P90x program is that you are regularly doing pull-ups. I honestly don't think that I've attempted a pull-up since those 8th grade state physical fitness tests. And back then, it was a sad, sad, sad thing!
Since having kids, I'd like to think that my arms are A LOT stronger from lugging around the boys and other kid-paraphernalia all day, but only time will tell.
I bought this today:
I'm having visions of hanging in my doorway struggling to worm my way up to the bar. Maybe if I buy some of those 80s-style weight lifting gloves and get that great Eddie Munster hair-do, I'll have enough power to get my body up there.
